Acceptance

By installing or using Turup 29 you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility and age

You must be at least 13 years old — or the higher minimum age required to consent in your country — to create an account or use the app. Turup 29 is a general-audience app and is not directed to children.

Virtual play only

Turup 29 is a virtual card game. There is no real-money wagering, no cash payouts, and no purchase of in-game items or currency that confer any advantage. Any in-game items are for appearance and player identity only — no cash value.

Your account

You are responsible for actions taken with your account.
Display names must not be offensive or impersonate others.
Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized clients is prohibited and may result in suspension.

Conduct

Be respectful in chat and during matches.
Do not harass, threaten, or solicit personal information from other players.
Do not promote real-money gambling or external paid services through in-app channels.
Do not post or share objectionable content — including in chat, voice, your display name, or your photo.

Reporting and safety

You can report objectionable content or another player, and block other players, from the player menu inside a match — or email support@shamrocks.games. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Service availability

The service is provided "as is". We may pause or modify features for maintenance or to address abuse. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Intellectual property

The Turup 29 name, art, sounds, and code are owned by the developer. You may not redistribute or reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app before they take effect.
